About Bennet Cove Cabin

Bennet Cove is a small, quiet residential neighborhood on the banks of Lake Greeson, which is called “Arkansas' Best Kept secret” by many people. Our secret is “The Bennet Cove Cabin”, a beautiful lake view getaway at the end of a quiet road in a thicket of mature hardwood trees.

Lake Greeson is a pristine, 7,000 acre (about 12 miles long) Corps of Engineers lake nestled in the southern foothills of the Ouachita Mountains. Lake Greeson has all the amenities of larger lakes but remains un-crowded and peaceful. The cabin will give you a secluded hide-away while having family fun and building memories that will last forever. Enjoy Bennet Cove's semi-private swimming beach, take a hand-in-hand sunset stroll, or fish along the bank. Park your boat on the bank of Bennet Cove at the end of the day and walk to the cabin for an evening of relaxation.

When you enter your private hide-away you will immediately feel right at home. Comfortable furnishings and subtle conveniences will make your stay memorable. Use the fully equipped kitchen for your favorite meal or grill steaks and burgers while visiting on the covered, sitting porch. You will love the deck overlooking the lake. End the evening sitting on the deck enjoying the sounds of nature. Start the morning lounging with a cup of coffee or tea looking at the calm waters and the tree-covered mountain on the opposite shore.

Sleeping arrangements include two private bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds, A futon in the living area and a day bed with trundle in the glassed sun room. Also for your experience is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water.

The cabin has the comforts of home such as satellite television, cell phone service, and a DVD player. Located near a major highway, the cabin serves as a base from which to visit area attractions. Within easy driving distance we have hiking trails, fishing, boating, skiing, Jet Ski riding, diamond hunting, canoeing, golf courses, crystal mining, putt-put golf, an amusement park, a nationally-known botanical garden, historical state parks, motorcycle trails, restaurants, an ancient Indian archeological site and much more. The nearby towns of Glenwood, Murfreesboro, and Hot Springs provide plenty of shopping and entertainment opportunities.

As you will see, a stay at the Bennet Cove Cabin provides so much more than other typical nightly lodging or rentals. It is perfect for crafting retreats, small weddings, family reunions, spiritual retreats, family fishing trips, anniversaries, holiday gatherings, or just nightly or weekend rentals. Also, it is a perfect weekend get-away for those cool fall and winter nights. The trees put on a beautiful color show during the fall.
